Complete renovation and Extension – Weybridge 2005

For this house we undertook a complete renovation with a side extension. Firstly, we had to remove the left hand side of the house, digging new footings across the front to take the front wall. We were re-using the rear wall, and the side wall, but making major alterations to them and then installed a new slate roof over the entire house. The right hand side of the house was re-wired, re-plastered and then decorated. We also installed a new boiler and Megaflow system into an existing airing cupboard space.

The completed design downstairs was an open kitchen/diner/lounge with a hallway, a sitting room and office.  Upstairs was a small shower room, a family bathroom, and five bedrooms.
