House extension with Bifold Doors and Kitchen Installation – Thames Ditton 2013

This house extension with bifold doors was a sizable project in Thames Ditton. The job involved removing all the rear walls and internal walls to the existing house, repositioning a downstairs toilet, and building two small extensions to create an open plan look kitchen, dining room and lounge to the property.

We installed a home automation unit which controlled all the lighting, with energy saving bulbs, and also the underfloor heating (water type), which we installed throughout the house. The automated system controls all this from an ipad or android tablet.

The structural engineer gave us a breakdown of the steels that were needed to enable the clients to have the beautiful bifold doors they wanted all across the back of the new external walls. We finished off the outside with a composite decking board, that has a 25 year guarantee.
